This is designed for the modern-day busy individual. Each session begins with an energy clearing ceremony, a mindful conversation based on a topic of the day, engaging our muscle of self-awareness, self-inquiry, and self-acceptance. This will be followed by a mindful movement sequence including yoga and Pilates based practices, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone, all muscles of the body while cultivating a sense of wellbeing. The session concludes with a guided meditation to ground our energy, increase focus and clarity, create a state of presence, while improving one’s life work balance with joy and gratitude.
